A foreigner passed out on the Shanghai subway, and the subway car emptied within ten seconds. The male foreigner was travelling on Line 2 at around 9.30 am when he passed out and fell against the woman sitting next to him. The woman jumped up in alarm, and the other passengers all cleared out of the subway car immediately.
